Project Description

The major redevelopment project of the former Rodriquez shipyard, abandoned for decades, which will return the magnificent coastline of Pietra Ligure to the city. The intervention involves the redevelopment of a valuable urban area, transforming it into a new integrated hub capable of connecting public spaces, services and residential functions in a unique context.

The project will combine green areas, commercial spaces, leisure services and a modern port, creating a livable and sustainable urban ecosystem, designed for residents and visitors. The architecture and design will be designed to dialogue with the coastal landscape, enhancing territorial identity and promoting a new way of experiencing the city.
