The project spans approximately 617,000 square meters, from the mouth of the Ponterosso Canal—near the city center—to the town of Barcola. The area includes 5 piers, over 3,100 meters of docks, and 23 large buildings such as hangars, warehouses, and other largely abandoned structures.
The objective is to transform and redevelop this vast portion of the Old Harbour into a new urban district, integrating public and private functions.
