The home of the future of Cagliari Calcio, a multipurpose space that, in addition to the team's matches, will host the Sardinian excellence of the territory. The new stadium will be built in the historic area of Sant'Elia, transforming an iconic space in the city into a state-of-the-art smart arena. The project will cover an area of about 250,000 square meters and will host up to 25,000 spectators, with the possibility of expansion at major events.
Designed as a multifunctional hub, the stadium will integrate spaces intended not only for sports competitions but also for a hotel, an events and meeting area, a wellness center, a museum dedicated to the history of Cagliari Calcio and various commercial and restaurant areas.
