Project Description

The Linate Airport District (LAD) is an ambitious urban regeneration project aimed at transforming the Linate Airport area, creating a new hub connecting the city of Milan, air traffic and the surrounding territory.

The masterplan includes 14,000 square meters of urban greenery connected to the seaplane base, 24,000 square meters of buildings intended for offices and services, and a 216-room 4-star hotel, designed to accommodate travelers, operators in the sector and visitors.
