TheLinate Airport District (LAD) is an ambitious urban regeneration project designed to transform the Linate Airport area into a new hub connecting the city of Milan, air traffic, and the surrounding territory.

The masterplan features 14,000 square meters of urban greenery linked to the seaplane base, 24,000 square meters of buildings dedicated to offices and services, and a216-room 4-star hotel tailored to accommodate travelers, sector operators, and visitors.
